Hello everyone! My name is Teshyya Burrus, but I also go by Shyya and Shyya B. I am 19 years old and I attend Tidewater Community College. I just recently graduated from the best high school in Virginia Beach, Green Run High School! While in high school I did quite a few things. I was a member of the Divas In Action Step Team(National Champs), a member of the Varsity Soccer Team, an assistant football trainer, Ring Dance Queen 2007and Prom Queen 2008, just to name a few.

Future: Looking back on everything, I didn’t really want to go to TCC. I wanted to receive the full college experience and attending TCC just wouldn't cut it. But I soon realized that TCC would be my last alternative. I was accepted into my number one college (West Virginia University) but I just didn’t have the money. BUT, while here at TCC I hope to be really well then transfer over to the school. My goals and aspirations are to become a well known Forensic Investigator. Many of my teachers though that I was weird because I was fascinated by the whole concept of death and cutting open a lifeless body. They didn’t think that a pretty girl like I would like such a thing. But, I do!
